Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Lokum game ("Lokum", "the game") collects, why, and what you can do about it. Lokum is published by Patientdesk AI, Inc. ("we", "us"). If you have questions, email support@lokumgame.app.
The short version: we collect only what the game needs to run your account and online matches. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and the game doesn't track you across other apps or websites.
What we collect

We don't ask for your real name, email address, contacts, photos, location or payment details. Lokum has no in-app chat. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
How we use it
- To provide the game: sign-in, saving progress, matchmaking, private rooms and online matches.
- To keep the game fair and secure, for example detecting cheating or abuse.
- To understand and fix bugs and improve game balance, using match results in aggregate.
We don't use your information for advertising and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Other players see your player name, hero and match results when you play with them.
- Google Cloud hosts our game servers and database in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Google processes the data only on our behalf.
- Apple: if you test Lokum through TestFlight, Apple may share crash reports and any feedback you choose to send with us, under Apple's own privacy policy.
- We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our players and the service.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and progress while your account exists. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Database backups are kept for up to 30 days, so deleted data disappears from backups within that time.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account at any time in the game: Settings, then Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile, progress and match history linked to you. You can also ask us by email.
- Access or correct your information by contacting us. You can change your player name in the game.
- Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, such as data portability or objecting to processing. Contact us to use them; you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where EU or UK law applies, we process your information because it is needed to provide the game you asked for (contract) and for our legitimate interests in keeping the game secure and fair.
Children
Lokum is a cartoon game that many ages can enjoy, but it is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Connections to our servers are encrypted (HTTPS), access to our systems is restricted, and in-game currency is managed only on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the game.
